About the Role
The role will start with around 3-4 hours, 3 days a week. This role involves providing day-to-day support to the clinic, including:
Coordinating, booking and rescheduling appointments for our dietitians
Following up with clients to ensure intake forms and documentation are completed
Providing friendly and professional customer service via phone and email
Coordinating client bookings, including extended consultations when clinically appropriate
General administrative tasks to support clinic operations
Training will be provided to help you familiarise with our clinical system.
You will be working closely with our dietitians to ensure clients receive a smooth and positive experience from first contact to follow-up appointments.
Essential criteria:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and access to your own car (office not accessible by public transport)
Basic computer proficiency (email, calendar management, data entry)
Highly regarded:
Ability to communicate in multiple languages
Previous experience in health services, medical administration, sales, or client-facing roles
Comfortable discussing service options that may benefit clients.
