Job Description

The Health Information Clerk maintains medical records, providing an efficient and effective medical records retrieval and maintenance service within the Bentley Health Service. The role involves maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and security of patient information, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
