Job Summary:Health Reactive is seeking a smart, dynamic, and highly motivated Medical Representative based in Jaipur, Rajasthan to join our team, specializing in oncology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional network within the region, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals. You will play a critical role in promoting our oncology product portfolio to doctors and healthcare providers, ensuring better outcomes for patients in Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and detail Health Reactive's oncology products to oncologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals across Rajasthan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and key stakeholders in the medical field within the region.
Conduct product presentations and provide scientific information about the oncology product line.
Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the Rajasthan market.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Organize and participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and other promotional events to create brand awareness in Rajasthan.
Stay updated on oncology treatments, competitor products, and market trends in the region.
Ensure compliance with all industry and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills within Rajasthan.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to present and explain technical or medical information clearly and persuasively.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Rajasthan is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
