Job description
· You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Cardiac or diabetes Products to Various Specialties of Doctors.
· To be an Effective visit to Doctors and Hospitals to introduce and promote Brands of the Company and to get prescription of these.
· To visit Distributors & Chemists in the territory to make the Brands available and to keep track of prescriptions.
· Establishing the concepts of all products on promotion and effectively communicating it inside the call.
· Effectively utilizing the selling skills to generate the demand from the customers.
· Ensure all behaviours are exhibited in the lines of Company's mission, vision and values.
· Effectively executing the plan agreed with scientific sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
· Knowledge of MS Office.
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
· Ability to travel frequently.
· Conducting CMEs /RTM, attending conferences and group meetings as agreed.
· Focusing on updating one's knowledge and skill.
· Achieve the monthly Sales target as well as proper execution of marketing strategy.
· Develop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests.
Required Candidate profile
Education - B.Pharmacy or B.Sc
Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Representative or Territory Business Manager in Cardiac / Diabetic Market with same therapy Segment & Area.
