Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Superintendent at SCHC in Pune. The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare center, managing medical staff, ensuring quality patient care, and implementing healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Medical Management, Healthcare Administration, and Clinical Leadership skills
• Strong understanding of preventive, promotive, and curative health practices
• Experience in managing medical staff and healthcare operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Medical degree (MBBS) with a Postgraduate degree in Hospital or Healthcare Management
• Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting
