Position: Medical Trainer
• Education: MBBS is must
• Exp

• TRAVEL IS MUST
CTC- Upto 4.8lpa
• Key Responsibilities:
- Train District Coordinators (DCs) and Pradhan Mantri Arogya Mitras (PMAMs) on various medical packages.
- Track and resolve queries from hospitals.
- Coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Insurance Support Agencies (ISAs) to ensure claims approval for hospitals, as payments are contingent on approved claims for respective regions.
- Reduce the rejection percentage of claims.
- Visit different districts within the region to train doctors at hospitals on Ayushman packages, and train Medical Officers In-Charge (MoICs) at Community Health Centers (CHCs) and PMAMs.
- Organize routine, periodical, and surveillance visits to government hospitals, medical colleges, and CHCs to ensure compliance with defined standards.
- Track daily pre-authorization, claims initiation, and address queries raised by State Health Agency (SHA) appointed ISAs.
- Maintain the quality and timeliness of program data for report generation.
• Educational Qualifications:
- Essential: MBBS
- Alternative: Graduate with a Diploma in Medical Courses.
• Professional Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in health or insurance.
- Experience in Ayushman Bharat or any government-related health scheme is an added advantage.
• Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Strong strategic focus and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels.
- Proficient in medical data analysis and understanding of medical terms.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
