Jaipur Mega Walk-In Drives for Accounts Payable from 17th to 1+th May 2026. Skillset: Accounts Payable, Invoice processing, AP, Payables, Bcom freshers, Finance and accounting, Accounts, Accounting, Finance,FNA Time: 11:30 AM to 1:30PM Location: Plot No 1, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, near Venkateshwara Temple, Sector +, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017. Shift- Ready to work in any shift (247) Work from office only Responsibilities : Transactional Processing for Purchase order and non-Purchase order backed invoices Answer Helpdesk queries from vendors and internal partners via phones and emails Execute Payment run as per the companies guidelines Conduct audits of invoices and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and to protect Bridgewater from fraud, waste, and abuse. Work to resolve discrepancies with clients and departments or individuals throughout the firm. Provide accurate and helpful support with supplier inquiries. Establish effective relationship with different partners within and outside the organization through written and verbal communication. Must have very attention to detail and self-discipline, possessing the ability to identify connections/relationships in data or sophisticated scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality is a must Demonstrates the ability to think at the goal level (smart, agile, demonstrates common sense). Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications : Only B. Com graduates are eligible. AP Domain Knowledge SAP experience will be an added advantage. Freshers are not eligible. Min. 2 years of exp. In Accounting domain is mandatory. Preferred qualifications Good Written/Verbal Communication MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, V LookUp IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office Note: Please carry below documents with you: 1. 3 copies of updates resume 2. 3 Passport photographs 3.
