NESS Super (the Fund) was established in 1987 by electrical industry representatives to specifically service electrical contractors and their employees.
The Fund is an industry super fund and a non-to-members organisation that does not pay commissions to advisors. All earnings, less a contingency reserve, go to members every year.
Our Member Services Officers are responsible for providing exceptional service, supporting our members and employers by putting their best interests first.
Key Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Answering inbound calls & outbound
Email enquiries from members, employers and other stakeholders
Driving member retention and acquisition
Delivering high quality general advice, supporting members in making informed decisions
Manage and resolve member and employer concerns and complaints
Other as required

Experience and qualifications desirable
Previous experience in financial services, in particular superannuation, and RG146 qualification will be highly regarded but not necessary.
Terms of employment
The work hours are 38 hours per week.
Monday - Friday
General daily start time is from 8:30am-9:30am (dependent on shift)
General daily end time is from 5:00pm-6:00pm (dependent on shift)
Some work from home arrangements may be negotiated following approval from Team Leader.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
