WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS RETAIL ROLE
1+ years of retail management or assistant manager experience preferred
Sales and customer-facing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion retail and delivering excellent service
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and store operations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
As a Menswear Assistant Manager, you will help the Store Manager run the store smoothly. You will support daily operations, keep the store looking great, and make sure opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and scheduling are done correctly. You will work with the team by hiring, training, and coaching associates, while helping drive sales and meet store goals. You will also help with inventory, stock replenishment, and buying trips, and handle customer service needs to ensure every shopper has a great experience.
WHEN YOU'LL WORK
This is a full-time, onsite position. You will work 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, seven days a week, including both weekdays and weekends.
