Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist based in Jaipur. The specialist will provide core mental health care services, including conducting assessments, managing cases, delivering counseling and psychological support, and handling crisis intervention. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans for individuals requiring mental health and wellness support.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Mental Health Care and a strong understanding of Psychology
• Experience in Case Management and providing Mental Health Therapy
• Proficiency in Crisis Intervention and support
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups
• Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented healthcare setting
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
• Licensure or certification in mental health practices is a plus
• Experience in healthcare IT or in organizations serving diverse populations is beneficial
