About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and reliable team of MALE Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with NDIS participants to provide practical and emotional support that promotes independence, community engagement, and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one psychosocial support in-home and in the community
Assist with daily living tasks (meal prep, appointments, routines)
Encourage social participation and skill development
Support participants to achieve their individual NDIS goals
Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
What You’ll Bring:
Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions
Understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Commitment to professional boundaries and ethical practice
Requirements:
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
Certificate III or IV in Mental Health, Community Services, or similar (preferred)

Pay: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour
