Regular business hours

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions
Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA
Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals
Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided
Educate and support patients and their families by equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field
