Qualified Teacher Position: Mental Health & Trauma Specialist
Location: Southwark, South London
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 15:30
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Requirement: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

We are collaborating with an exceptional school in Southwark to find a dedicated teacher for KS3/KS4 students. This role offers the unique opportunity to co-teach with another experienced professional, allowing you to share the planning and lesson delivery. With class sizes of fewer than 8 students, you'll have the chance to focus on providing tailored support and nurturing the academic and personal growth of each student. You and your co-teacher can divide the subjects based on your strengths and preferences, reducing the planning workload and making your teaching experience even more fulfilling.
The students at this school have been diagnosed with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) needs and are coping with trauma. Your role will be incredibly rewarding as you help these students overcome challenges, both personal and academic, and support them in reaching their full potential.

• Co-Teaching: Collaborate with another teacher, sharing responsibilities and planning to ensure a balanced workload.
• Class Size: Small groups of fewer than 8 students, allowing for focused and personalised teaching.
• Salary: Competitive pay ranging from £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
