Designation: MEP - Design
Primary Responsibilities:
• Public Address System
• Fire Alarm System
• HVAC system
• Plumbing
• Planning & Design Verification of all the drawings
• Layout preparation as per drawing for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting
• Load calculation, preparation of SLD's, lighting layout, Circuit Wiring, Data & Voice works understanding
• Onsite coordination and execution
• Monitoring of Execution works as per standards & checklists
• Quantity estimation and BoQ preparation
• Monitoring of Execution works as per standards & checklists.
• Electrical Power And Lighting
General Roles and Responsibilities.
· MEP Engineer has to plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultant, contractor, and others. MEP Engineer has to knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
· Advise the Project Director of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress, e.g. quality or snag.
· Continually review the contractor’s schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Project In charge
Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD.
•Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years in MEP design & modelling
