We’re looking for a highly organised Merchandise Coordinator to support the merchandise team in delivering seamless product launches, managing data accuracy and ensuring strong operational execution across the business.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.


The Role


Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting product lifecycle processes, coordinating seasonal launches and maintaining accurate product and merchandising data. You’ll work closely with cross functional teams including planning, supply chain, sales and marketing to ensure product information, systems and reporting are accurate and aligned.

This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from in store retail into a head office role, with a strong interest in working with data, managing multiple priorities and supporting the successful execution of merchandising operations.


Key Responsibilities


Coordinate product setup and maintain accurate product data across internal systems and merchandising tools.
Support seasonal product launches by preparing product information, price lists and merchandising documentation.
Maintain product assortments and ensure correct product attributes, pricing and ranges are reflected across systems.
Assist with sales and merchandising reporting, analysing performance and highlighting opportunities or risks.
Work closely with planning, supply chain and sales teams to ensure accurate information flow and product availability.
Manage and track product samples and assets required for internal teams, sales presentations and marketing.
Support range reviews, product lifecycle management and seasonal planning activities.

About You


Experience in retail operations, merchandise coordination or merchandise administration
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of product data
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Excel (preferred) and confidence working with systems and reporting.
Experience in apparel, fashion, retail or wholesale environments will be highly regarded.
