We're Hiring: Merchandisers – Footwear Manufacturing & Export House | Gurugram (Sec 37)
Join our fast-growing Footwear Manufacturing & Export House based in Sector 37, Gurugram, and be part of a team that's taking Indian footwear to the global stage. We're looking for experienced, dynamic Merchandisers to lead fashion trends, drive business, and manage international buyer relationships.
Location: Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time | 6 Days/Week
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹65K/month (Negotiable) + Yearly Bonus + Sales-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
• Fashion Forecasting & Seasonal Collection Planning
• Business Development & Marketing for International Clients
• Buyer Communication & Relationship Handling
• Order Execution & Timely Follow-Ups
• Costing, Quotation & Price Confirmation
• New Product Development & Sampling
• Sending Production Samples for Testing
• Material Sourcing – Domestic & China Vendors
• Coordination with Production, Sample & Purchase Teams
• Quality Checks (QC) Before Final Dispatch
Requirements:
• 3+ Years of Experience in a merchandising role (Footwear industry preferred)
• 3-Year Diploma or Degree from a Premier Footwear Institute
• Excellent Communication Skills – Spoken & Written English (for global buyer interaction)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and CorelDRAW (CD)
• Familiarity with Sales & Business Development Tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong organizational & follow-up skills with a proactive mindset
