Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promoter to boost product awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. Prior experience in the manufacturing or retail sector (preferably in perfumes and cosmetics) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers to drive sales.
Engage with potential buyers, provide product knowledge, and address queries.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and maintaining a visually appealing sales area.
Gather customer feedback and report on sales performance.
Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and boost brand visibility.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and in-store marketing activities.
Ensure stock availability and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, preferably in perfumes/cosmetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and stock management.
Fluency in Hindi, English, or local languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
