Responsibilities:
- Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based React applications on portal plus premium
service platforms.
- Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX)
team.
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
- Coordinate with co-developers, team lead and keeps the project manager well informed of the
status of the development effort.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
Skill Set Required:
- Experience creating front-end applications using HTML5, React.js, LESSSASS.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js.
- Experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side.
- Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, some experience with MERN Full stack
paradigm.
- Knowledge with cloud technologies is also a plus.
- Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Continuous integration (Jenkins Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git).
- Good knowledge of AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS).
- Knowledge in JavaScript Frameworks (Angular.jsReact.jsVue.js) will be an added advantage.
- Creative and efficient problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills
