Key Responsibilities: ● Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business goals and maximize ROI. ● Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from start to nish, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development. ● Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. ● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. ● Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience insights and data to create precise targeting strategies for different customer segments. ● Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices. ● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign objectives. ● Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure their advertising goals are met. ● Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience: ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specializing in Meta advertising ● Proven track record of managing successful Meta ad campaigns ● In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools ● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Prociency in using analytics and reporting tools ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related eld (preferred) ● Should be able to take virtual meetings with the clients independently.
