Job Description
This is a travel-based position working on a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation, ideal for individuals who are comfortable working out of town and in camp environments.
As part of our crew, you will be responsible for installing metal cladding systems on commercial and industrial buildings. Work includes exterior wall panels, roofing systems, and flashing installations in a variety of environments.
Metal Cladders (Journeymen/Experienced):
Install metal wall panels, roofing systems, and architectural cladding
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
Work efficiently as part of a skilled crew
Labourers (Entry-Level):
Assist cladding installers with material handling and installation
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean worksite
Learn installation techniques and safety procedures
Support crews in all aspects of the job
Work is primarily outdoors and may involve working at heights, in varying weather conditions, and in remote locations.
We are open to applicants from across Canada and are willing to train motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in the trades.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
