As the Metro NSW State Manager (Business Manager) you will be fostering a culture of excellence and empowering your teams to provide exceptional service, supported by industry-leading quality standards. You will be a strong leader who is collaborative and strategic, with extensive knowledge in Health & Rehabilitation to support the teams across Parramatta, Campbelltown and Barangaroo.

Your teams will consist of Team Leaders and Rehabilitation Consultants and they are the experts at intervention. Their impeccable influencing skills empower clients to be the hero of their own story. They do what it takes to help clients to be safe, healthy, and productive at work.

We will count on you to:

Lead and manage the operations of our NSW Metro branch, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and targets
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the Metro area
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing guidance and support to team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
Stay updated with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures

What you need to have:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the Health & Rehabilitation industry
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Demonstrated track record in business development and achieving sales targets
Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management
Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
