MFL Teacher Wanted - Spanish & French (Key Stage 3 & 4) - Islington
Start Date: October
Contract: Part-time, 4 days per week
Salary: Inner London MPS/UPS
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher for our client, a highly regarded secondary academy in Islington. You will have the exciting opportunity to teach both Spanish and French at Key Stage 3 and 4 levels.
Role Requirements:
• Deliver engaging lessons in Spanish and French to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all students.
• Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure progress and attainment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues.
• Participate actively in school life and contribute to extra-curricular activities.
Qualifications & Person Specification:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
• A degree in French, Spanish, or a related subject.
• Proven experience teaching French and Spanish at Key Stage 3 & 4.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students.
• A genuine passion for languages and education.
