Job Description
Management and Support:
Acts as the program/process leader for various HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, Talent and succession planning, build people capability, Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), employee engagement etc
Provides support to stakeholders/manager’s by coaching them into thinking innovatively about their work processes and team structures with a view of improving the business’s overall efficiencies.
Analytics:
Support Head of HR with pan-India HR analytics and reports.
Analyze trends and metrics in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also to avoid future ones..
Attrition analysis for stakeholder groups. Identify trends and work on solutions to arrest voluntary attrition. Coordinate with People services team on employee exit formalities.
Talent & Capability building:Relationships:
Maintain healthy relationships across the business and teams. Conducts regular meetings with the various business departments, builds, and develops trusted relationships with the various departmental leadership and employees.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other HR team members and COEs on key processes such as recruitment, compensation, and other HR functions in order to ensure that the programs in place are effective and efficient.
