Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in microservices.
Proven leadership experience in a technical role.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong hands-on coding skills and ability to lead by example.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with squad/chapter/tribe models.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
