Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Key Responsibilities : Responsible for Internal Email and O365 environment - Creating architectural standards - Instituting solution/testing - Defining solutions - Deal with the Final level of escalation
Technical Experience : - Strong technical experience with SMTP, Exchange / Office 365 - Proofpoint Enterprise Protection Experience with TAP - O365 PowerShell and Graph API experience - Familiarity with Email Authentication services like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS record usage for email services - Worked with Security Compliance services in O365
Professional Attributes : Ability to work in geographically dispersed teams
Educational Qualification : - College B Tech degree preferred
Additional Information : - Some nights-weekends for changes done off-hours - few off-hours conference calls with colleagues
