Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure Foundry Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will work within development teams to implement Copilot Agents, integrate Azure Foundry components, and create intelligent process automation solutions across Microsoft 365 and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Bot Service, Azure Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service to deliver conversational and workflow automation experiences.
• Architect complex automation workflows that span multiple enterprise systems—including HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, Finance, and Banking—leveraging Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom integration layers.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 and beyond, connecting Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party SaaS or on-premises systems through APIs, webhooks, and connectors.
• Develop reusable components, plugins, and SDKs to extend Copilot Agent capabilities across domains, ensuring interoperability and scalability.
• Implement advanced AI techniques, including prompt engineering, context orchestration, grounding, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance reasoning, personalisation, and compliance in LLM-based solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate use cases into functional AI agents.
• Test, debug, and optimise agent performance and reliability.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI and automation solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance alignment when deploying AI agents within regulated sectors such as Banking and Public Sector environments.
• Champion innovation by exploring new AI orchestration frameworks, plugin architectures, and workflow automation models that enhance enterprise productivity.

Qualifications
• Proven experience building and deploying Copilot Agents or intelligent bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Strong understanding of LLM-based application design, conversational UX, and AI reasoning orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure integration tools (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, data connectors, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multi-system environments across business domains (HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.).
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for backend and automation scripting.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, vector search, and RAG pipelines.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure AI Engineer, Power Platforms, are a strong plus.
