General Job Description

IES Holdings is seeking a skilled and innovative Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our CRM solutions. This individual will play a critical role in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CE to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a visionary strategist and a hands-on technical expert who can align our CRM capabilities with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design and Architecture
• Lead the end-to-end design of Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop architectural blueprints, integration frameworks, and best practices for Dynamics CE implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Implementation and Deployment
• Guide and oversee the implementation of Dynamics CE solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with other business systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during implementation.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft Dynamics CE standards, compliance, and security protocols.
• Integration and Optimization
• Design and implement integrations with other enterprise applications, including ERP, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms.
• Optimize existing Dynamics CE solutions to improve performance and user experience.
• Conduct regular reviews and propose enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Partner with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.
• Present technical solutions and roadmaps to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics CE, providing training and support to internal teams.
• Innovation and Research
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CE updates, features, and industry trends.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance Dynamics CE capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.

Specific Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) design, implementation, and architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Dynamics CE projects.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure integrations.
• Experience with data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise-level CRM deployments.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive project success.

Preferred Certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
