D365 Finance Functional Consultant :
Location- LA, California
Exp.- 5+ yrs.
Work mode- 4 days- WFO Onsite
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and design business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness using D365.
- Configure D365 applications according to specifications and industry best practices.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of D365 solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration with other systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and ongoing support.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 features and functionalities, ensuring continuous improvement of the system.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in functional consulting and implementing ERP solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional designs.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of best practices for system integration and data migration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
