Microstrategy Administrator

Full Job Description
All Shared Services listed in Summary
Design and Develop tools to standardize and automate monitoring , application support activities.
Technical support to applications on trouble shooting Environment, software and application level issues
Write, test programs using Unix Shell scripting, oracle PL/SQL programming ; Perform unit testing.
Partner with cross functional teams across Development, Validation/QC, Production.
Server builds
Administration and development support involving trouble shooting
Providing design inputs and code reviews
Support Global teams across all of ICG supporting cutting edge solutions.
Expertise in ITRS monitoring including dashboard setup and command setup with authorization setup through servicenow groups
Expertise in automation with autosys
Expertise in Microstrategy products
Managing support services and change management using Servicenow application
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Technical / Functional Proficiency:

Knowledge/Experience:

Minimum of 7 years Administration experience in Microstrategy Administration
Experience in Unix
Experience in Reporting
Experience in Database Processing
Experience in ServiceNow reports
Strong ability to work in a highly focused technical environment together with other motivated and driven professionals, as well as the ability to work independently.
Team management and leadership experience and prior TechOps experience is a plus.
Must have experience in participating in the management of multiple concurrent initiatives while relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
