Job description
As a seasoned professional in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge IAM solutions to safeguard our enterprise assets. Your expertise will focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ, with an emphasis on seamless user lifecycle management, robust role-based access control, and efficient access recertification processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop highly scalable IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, leveraging core functionalities such as application onboarding and integration, user lifecycle management, and role-based access control.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, enforce compliance standards, and troubleshoot complex IAM-related issues.
- Customize and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet specific business requirements, including developing custom connectors and integrations with target systems, creating and modifying workflows using Java, and writing optimized SailPoint rules and beans.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate communication and integration between SailPoint IdentityIQ and other enterprise systems.
- Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across various applications and systems.
Required Skills :
- Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ integration, development, and application onboarding.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming for SailPoint customization, workflow development, and connector development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API concepts and experience in developing and consuming APIs for IAM.
Desirable Skills :
- Familiarity with other IAM platforms (Okta, ForgeRock).
- Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
- Understanding of security protocols and standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, BeanShell).
