Job Title: Middle Class English Teacher

• Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and deliver English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Use creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Student Development:
- Foster literacy skills, including reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and creative writing.
- Develop students’ confidence in speaking and presenting in English.
- Provide individualized support to cater to varying learning abilities and styles.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage active participation and collaboration among students.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and class activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents/guardians.
- Resource Development:
- Create and utilize teaching aids, materials, and activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia tools where appropriate.
- Professional Development:
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings to stay updated with educational best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and resources.
- Additional Duties:
- Organize and participate in school events, such as literary competitions, storytelling sessions, or book fairs.
- Perform administrative duties as required by the school management.
• Qualifications and SkillsEssential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, MA in English.
- Teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A./B.Ed. preferred)
- Teaching certification (D.El.Ed, B.Ed or equivalent as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred)
- Strong grammar and literature background
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.)
• Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
- Patience, empathy, and a student-centered approach to education.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
