Responsibilities:
Teaching Physics and Math: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover the curriculum effectively, ensuring student comprehension and engagement.
Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment, managing student behavior and promoting a respectful classroom atmosphere.
Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
Individualized Instruction: Identify and address the diverse learning needs of students through differentiated instruction and personalized support.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with fellow teachers and curriculum coordinators to develop and refine instructional materials and resources.
Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
Professional Development: Stay abreast of best practices in teaching methodologies and subject-area knowledge through ongoing professional development opportunities.
Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in school activities, clubs, and events to enrich the academic and social experiences of students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with a focus on Physics and Mathematics.
Previous teaching experience in Physics and Mathematics preferred.
Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Dedication to continuous professional growth and improvement.
