Job Description
• Minimum L2/L3 level of experience in Webservers MS-IIS, Apache & Application servers Apache Tomcat & WebLogic servers in both Linux & Windows platforms.
• Candidate should have experience in Oracle OAM (Webgate) integration with MS-IIS and Apache webservers.
• Installation, configuration & deployments of MS-IIS, Apache & Application servers as Apache Tomcat & WebLogic servers in both Linux & Windows platforms.
• Experience in setting up SSL configuration/implementations/renewals on middleware servers in both Linux & Windows platforms.
• Troubleshooting critical middleware issues at infrastructure level.
• Candidate should be well versed in working on Linux and Windows platform w.r.t Middleware.
• Associate should have performance and application monitoring experience using any of the tools like CA-UIM.
• Added advantage if associate has experience in migrating middleware infrastructure in large or mid-scale migrations.
• Candidate should be well versed with ITSM (ServiceNow)tool & should have working experience in Change requests, problem tickets, service requests & normal tickets.
• Good communication skills and client/Stakeholder interaction experience is needed
