Assist the Co-ordinator in providing an efficient service to the Minor Surgery team. Acting as first point of contact for service users. Liaising with local GP surgeries and hospitals. Managing incoming referrals, and follow up appointments.Providing excellent customer service to patients.
Administration including managing Emis appointment system, typing of clinical letters, maintaining spreadsheets, scanning documents, sending and receiving emails. Liaising with internal and external colleagues.
