Job Title: MIS Executive – Coco Peat
Product: Coco Coir Substrates
Job Description:
• Maintain and update daily production, sales, dispatch, and stock data.
• Prepare MIS reports for cocopith production, raw material usage, and finished goods.
• Track inward and outward movement of cocopith blocks / grow bags.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounts teams for data accuracy.
• Maintain Excel sheets for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Generate reports on productivity, wastage, and inventory status.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management.
• Support audits and management reviews with required data.
Skills Required:
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, basic reporting).
• Basic understanding of production and inventory processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work with factory and warehouse teams.
Qualification & Experience:
• Any graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred).
• 1 –2 years experience in MIS / data handling (Cocopith or manufacturing industry preferred).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
