Job Description : Responsible for creating and generating Service Order reports required for Keysight internally using Business Intelligence reporting tools and able to provide relevant and actionable insightsCommunicate with Business partners to understand and gather requirements,Provide key metrics using relevant data-driven analyses to support business users in monitoring and decision making, Writing macros for automation using excel,Perform analysis on services data models to create business reports based on partners expectation,Communicate with IT contacts to resolve issues with CRMs like Oracle & Siebel whenever necessary, Develop and write process documentation and maintain it on Sharedoc. Work with deadlines and should meet 100 PERCENT SLA.EXP : 3-5 YrsDesired Skills and Experience :Basic understanding on BI Platforms Spotfire & Power BI, IncortaKnowledge on Sales Force Service Cloud for Reporting purposes, MicroStrategy, OneStream, etc.Good Knowledge on MVC, Note.JS, SQL Server, SQL. >Basic Oracle ERP knowledge
