Job Description
As an integral member of planning team, the MIS / Data / Report Analyst is responsible for the design, develop, implement and support Business Intelligence reports.
Daily Rap Net Market Analysis Report.
Diamond Sale Analysis Report, Cost Analysis Report.
Analytics Report on diamond manufacturing, pricing strategies, sales monitoring, stock validation and inventory control.
Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems.
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
Handling Multiple Reports and Dashboards with formulae, Pivot tables & Nested if, Sum If, V lookup, H lookup & conditional formatting etc., using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to meet business needs.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team to improve business efficiency.
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained at all the time.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
