Responsibilities :
Coordinating with the sales team for their sales performance tracking & head office Instruction follow-up.
Tracking the sales team performance for all teams on day to day basis.
Reporting the sales team performance on daily basis.
Preparing MIS report & sharing the final analysis report with management for further strategy development.
Preparing sales incentive plan & marketing schemes and making sure proper implementation.
Co-ordinating between sales,marketing, product development & service department for smooth operations and sales process.
Preparing MIS report & sales ANALYSIS Report. '
Working as medium between Management and Sales team.
Requirements :
Experience - 3-6 yrs
Salary - As per industry Standards
Location - Chinarpark , Kolkata .
Practical experience with a variety of software applications MIS Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
