2. Take Calls Over The Phone Which Involves Working In Different Time Zones
3. Take Calls From Global Clients And Initiate The Right Response To Them, Positively And Professionally.
4. Flexible To Work In Shifts. (Shift timing for Male candidates: 6am to 12 midnight window For female 6am to 8pm window)
5. Excellent English - Both Verbal And Written Communication Skills
6. Knowledge Of Customer Service Principles And Practices
7. Good Technical Knowledge

BPO Experience Should Be Of 1 Year On Paper ( Mandatory Excellent English And Hindi Communication And Should Be Inside Cab Boundaries)
