Job description :- Account / Finance Executive
Reporting to:Head of Controlling and Facility Management
An MNC Manufacturing Organisation into Electronic Components , 5 days working ,
with Canteen Facility Transport Facility from Kalyan Vashi
Responsibilities
Accounting
Processing purchase orders in SAP-blanket process for expenses booking
Booking of material/services Invoices in SAP Creating the Vendor master in SAP-Purchase
Responsible for ordering and administering the printing and stationeries items.
Creation of Asset Code, Purchase order, GRN Invoice Booking
GST
Preparing Filing of GSTR-1
Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with books of account
Preparing Filing of GSTR-3B
Processing, verifying, and posting entries for GST in SAP Responsible for maintaining the records as per GST compliances
Reporting
Preparing Uploading Inventory Report in Hyperion Financial Management (International financial reporting software) Reconciliation of Sales with MIS
Reconciliation of Local Purchase with MIS
Audit
Physical Verification of Stock- twice in year
Responsible to handle the statutory audit /GST audits.
Physical Verification of newly purchase fixed assets their Tagging
Qualifications Required. Graduate In Commerce
Skills / Competencies required:
Good communication with bankers and vendors.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Awareness of MS Office, Tally and SAP
Experience
More than 3 years experience in Accounts / Finance and related department
