Job Profile :-

HR as Business Partner Role: Formulation & benchmarking HR best practices to focus on development of employees abilities to meet present & future goals and mission set by the organization.
HR Polices & Procedures: - Effectively conceptualized, designed HR Policy/SOP & review of existing policies/ SOP aliened with business and employee needs.
Manpower planning as per business requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
HR Budgeting: - Including all provisions related to T&D, Recruitments, Welfare, Personnel & Admin, and CSR etc. CloselyMonitor & adherence to the budget through monthly MIS and initiative corrective action in case of deviations
Resourcing /Recruitments:Ensuring timely recruitment across the units. Handling / conducting selection interview of Sr. levels management & monitor the efficiency of recruitment activities of all level at across the plants.
Team Building & Motivation:Engaged in creating new mental maps, ensure effectively communication system. Conducting regular training & awareness sessions to educate employees about the policies and organizations Core Values, Mission, Vision, of the future in order to motivate and create high-performance teams. monthly help desk to ensure employee satisfaction and timely query resolutions
Employee Development & Career Planning:Ensure high performance work culture is driven across the plants and work closely with other HODs. Carrying out assessment of personal leadership strengths and area of improvements of individual employees in order to integrate leadership with organization their retention, talent management and succession planning.
Implement Performance appraisal process across the levels and establishing on line substantiating performance appraisal system linked with Business KRA & Rewards.
Compensation management: - monitoring the employees salary structure & benefits provision to ensure a balance between cost controls and attracting & retaining staff, researching & analyzing salary rates & benefits of other employees in the same sector or nearby industries.
Employees Engagement Activities: -Effectively lead & supported Employee Engagement initiatives through various committees, Suggestion Scheme, SQA, TPM, ICC, ESS Surveys & ensure corrective action plans on the identified area of improvements.
Training & Development:Conceptualizing & development the T&D initiatives for improving productivity, building capability and quality enhancement with focus on experiential training.Monitor training programs (Class Room, DOJO Room & OJT) regard to TNI as per business requirements.

Industrial Relations

Lead & supported conducive IR strategy& execution
Negotiation & amicably settling settlements and disputes with the union / works committee, maintain discipline & harmonious Industrial relation across all levels of employees in all units. Handled with almost all unions (AITUC, BMS, CITU, INTUC, HMS etc.)
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely legal and statutory compliances under various labour laws. Monitor / Conduct periodical Statutory Compliances Audits in across the units.
Administration

Strong Liaising with external agencies, Govt. Authorities, agencies for visualizing managerial grip
& maintain industrial relations for THGL Group & previously for all Units of Mfe.
Responsible for CSR activitiesfor the Society benefits & Development.
Responsible for smooth Administrative & welfare activitiesfor employees suchas Transportation, canteen, House Keeping, Horticulture Security, Sports, Long Service Award
Annual day Celebration etc.
