Make an Impact by:
• Plan the network architecture, system performance improvement and capacity needs.
• Plan, develop and execute project implementation plans for network expansion, upgrade, and system integration.
• Technical architect for voice (VoLTE/VoNR/Vowifi), supplementary service, interconnect & roaming; to lead e2e solutioning cobering service design, provisioning, charging.
• Coordinate with various Networks teams to support business initiatives, work with Operations teams to resolve customers' complaints.
• Work with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing and Engineering in the new service requirements compilation and clarification, and lead in discussions with vendor on the solutioning.
• Lead, gather, understand and evaluate the requirements from the various functional units to perform technical feasibility and to formulate the technical specifications.
• Work with other departments as well as external bodies to ensure smooth and timely implementation of projects.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and management of the project including Capex & Opex Management, system performance monitoring and training.
• Engage in commercial and technical negotiation with vendors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.
Skills for Success:
• Degreee in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology.
• 10 years of related working experience in telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as LTE, 5G, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, SIP protocols. Knowledge in mobile value-added services such as mobile charging solutions including postpaid and prepaid, short-messaging service, mobile applications is an advantage.
• Basic financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
• Basic understanding of legal contracts.
