Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong phone presence, and the ability to research and identify new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, researching industrial and non-industrial projects across India, and finding correct persons to reach through self-research and operator/reception channels.
Sales Activities
Identify new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Research on Industrial and Non Industrial Projects across India
Find correct person to reach through self-research and passing through Operator/Reception
Understand customer needs and requirements
Data Management
Acquiring Data through Self Research/Portal, Find the missing information of Name, Number, Email and Requirement through Internet Browsing,
Calling and converting such attempts to Enquiry Leads.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Requirements
Should hold good Integrity
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
Minimum of 1 year experience (Preferably in Sales & Calling Domain together)
Proficient with corporate productivity tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English is a must)
