What You'll Be Doing
Assist with the operation and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
Perform general labor duties including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning
Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
Monitor material flow and report irregularities to supervisors
Participate in routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance

Ability to perform physical labor in a demanding environment
Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures
Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
Capable of working in varying weather and environmental conditions
