Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming Montessori environment for our precious bees.
- Plan and implement Montessori work that promotes independence, exploration, and developmentally appropriate learning.
- Observe and track each childs progress and development.
- Guide and assist children during the Montessori work cycle, outdoor play, and snack time.
Requirements:
- Montessori Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (AMI or AMS preferred).
- Previous experience working in a Montessori setting is highly desirable, but freshers are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Be punctual
