Montessori Teacher

Day Care Resource Educator

Timing: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (timings may vary based on the center)

Qualifications:

 Graduation in any stream preferred

 Candidates with experience or certification in Montessori / Play School

teaching will be given preference

 Prior experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is

desirable

Key Responsibilities:

 Engage children in meaningful and age-appropriate activities such as:

o Art & Craft

o Storytelling

o Structured and non-structured games

 Support in developing Activities of Daily Living (ADL), life skills, and social

skills in children

 Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children

 Observe, understand, and cater to the individual needs of each child

 Collaborate with parents and other staff members to track and support each

child's development

 Maintain hygiene, discipline, and care protocols as per the center guidelines

 Creative and energetic approach with children

 Patience, empathy, and good communication skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of children and the center

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,481.0+ - ₹12,000.00 per month
