We’re looking for an experienced Toddler Teacher and the ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children.
Responsibilities of a Montessori Toddler Teacher:
Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori classroom activities for children ages 1 to 3 yrs.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.
Monitor the development of each student and documented progress.
Collaborated with teachers, administrators and other staff in order to create a positive learning environment.
Develop and implement a lesson plan that meets the needs of the students
Observe, assess and encourage students to think independently and help them develop problem-solving skills and critical thinking and working with their peers as a team.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Communicate regularly and build positive relationship with parents and guardians
Certification and Qualifications :
· Holds an AMI or equivalent Montessori Credential for Infant/Toddlers or entering the internship year of Montessori training.
· Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a Montessori classroom.
· Female candidates only.
· Warm, empathetic and compassionate towards children.
· Immediate joiners will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
