About the Role
The Practice Principals are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals to join their existing highly successful advisers.
They are currently looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to manage an existing client book.

The benefits
Salary – £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) + discretionary bonus (KPI and written business related)
25 days annual leave
10% Pension contributions
4 x Death in service
Flexible working once established in the business
Your responsibilities will include:
Contacting existing clients regarding their mortgage and protection needs.
Giving regulated mortgage and protection advice to clients in line with Openwork’s compliance procedures.
Give a quality service and seek to obtain referrals.
Keep up to date with changes in regulation and be proactive.
What will you need to succeed?
CeMAP or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a fully competent Mortgage Adviser (Can be from a Banking or Brokerage background)
Ability to dive straight in servicing the existing client bank and convert
Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Has a drive and hunger to succeed
Can work independently
