The main responsibilities of this position will be:
Customer facing is required
Support sales manager in conducting mortgage related activities
Meet, identify, and qualify potential prospects
Leads/applications generation, lodgement, tracking & management
Process mortgage form applications to settlement
Handle post-settlement inquiries
Identify client needs across other financial sectors, eg. wealth, super, risk and accounting needs
Office Adminstration
The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Exceptional time management to meet deadlines
A team player
Attention to details
Cantonese or Mandarin speaker is preferred
