Drive excellence in the mortgage application processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our clientele with world class customer service.
As a potential team leader and manager, cultivate an environment of growth, mentorship, motivation, and unparalleled professionalism.
Provide insight and feedback to management to continuously improve your experience and the customer experience
Maintaining your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent / Broker designation
Qualifications
Proven experience in the mortgage sector, ideally with funding volumes reflecting your expertise.
Managerial experience in any past professional setting.
Broker license is an added advantage.
Adaptability to leverage technology for improved efficiency and client satisfaction.
Experience in training and mentoring others in a professional setting
